• Primary role is to maintain market share at current accounts by delivering exceptional service through team
driven directives and assist with product training needs within the region
• Develop, maintain, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts
• Develop and enhance relationships through customer visits, product demonstrations, & educational programs
• Document activities within the Company’s (CRM) system
• Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends
• Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management
Qualifications and Experience For Regional Medical Sales Support Representative
• Must have 2-5 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience preferred
• BA/BS in business discipline or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally
• Experience using Salesforce.com or similar customer relationship management software
• Excellence in all forms of communication with command of product and media presentations
• Self-starter with proven leadership qualities
• Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement
• Team player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
• Ability to travel 75% travel expected throughout territory as necessary to achieve results
