Candidates should live in (Minneapolis, Plymouth or Hennepin County  and  surrounding metropolitan areas.) Roles and Responsibilities:

 

This position is responsible for sales activities outside of the office, face-to-face,  including, but not limited to, creating relationships with decision influencers, decision makers, end users, current buyers and new prospects within an organization.

 

Must have a desire to develop an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the products and services offered  as well as those offered by the competition.

 

Must be highly Independent and self motivated.

 

A thorough grasp of professional and consultative selling skills to include a history of successful contract negotiations  is required.  Must be comfortable with a sales cycle that involve multiple decision makers in the purchasing decision.

 

Must demonstrate an understanding of the industry, the current trends, and leverage that information to the benefit of company and the customer.

 

An understanding of the client relationship process and buying process.  Sales activities also include selling to existing customers and new customers.

 

Performance Traits We Are Looking For:

 

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years experience in related field
Must have experience in an Outside Sales Role

Strong Presentation, Communication, Networking & Interpersonal Skills a must
Documented Track Record of Sales Success
The desire to build a rewarding career with an outstanding organization is required
Experience selling to small to medium size companies .
Understanding Prospecting, Developing and Building a Client Base

 

Company Benefits and Compensation:

 

Base Salary Starting $40-50k base salary
Uncapped Commission (First year on target earnings $75K+)
