Victoria joined ProHire (formerly Alpha Pro Staffing) in 2009 and have since then been a valuable asset to the company and the clients we serve. Her straightforward approach has enabled her to secure the best talents in Sales, Sales Management, mid-level and C-level executive positions. Although she’s adept at all facets of staffing and highly-talented in recruiting for all types of positions and industries, Victoria leads our recruitment efforts for esoteric and most difficult to fill positions including those in the engineering, R&D, and manufacturing industries. With an academic background in sciences and in-depth understanding of business operations, her methodical recruitment approach has earned her the respect of her clients, candidates, and peers.
Victoria worked at Culver Careers where she was instrumental in creating a medical device and scientific niche. Her driven attitude and innovative thinking allowed Culver Careers to diversify its offerings to their clients and making the company prominent in other markets. In her first year as a recruiter, she was recognized as Top 5 winning over 250 veteran recruiters nationwide. In that same year, she earned both the distinction of Rookie and Recruiter of the Year. Recognizing her hard work and leadership potential, Culver Careers gave her the opportunity to build her team. By her second year, she built and managed the most successful sales team in the company’s 30 year history. Earning not only Top Manager of the Month and Year, Top Salesperson of the Month and Year, but also #1 Office of the Month and Year for the duration of her 6 year career at Culver Careers. She earned the President’s Club Achievement Award for 5 consecutive years. Victoria broke every company record in regards to personal and team sales since the company’s inception. Victoria recorded a billing of over $1M in personal sales and over $3M in team sales during her best year.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology degree from University of California – Irvine, where she graduated with a Cum Laude honors distinction. Upon graduating, she immediately pursued her doctorate (PhD) degree on Clinical Neuropsychology but later decided to leave the program to venture into the business side of science. Her academic background in psychology has proven to be vital in her understanding of organizational behavior, employee engagement and productivity, and in effective recruitment. In fact, Recruiter’s Digest featured Victoria on their August 2007 issue and focusing on her exemplary recruitment record.
