If you are a career minded individual, with a passion for Technology Sales, then this job is for you. Our client company was founded 40+ years ago, and has a diverse portfolio of products. We are currently looking for a sales professional, with a passion for Technology Sales to fill a vacant role in Cerritos, CA. To be considered, the ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience selling in the technology field preferably with a background in B2B sales for Software and Hardware.
Responsibilities of the Software Sales Executive
Perform outbound calling / email activities to targeted prospect; 25- 50 /day
Answer inbound calls/web leads to provide product / company information; 0-4/day
Create quotes and gather other pertinent documentation to send to customers.
Meet with internal partners to move projects forward (design / engineering / production)
Coordinate with the design department when doing custom jobs or bids.

Requirements of the Software Sales Executive
5+ years experience selling in the technology field
Background in B2B Sales with a concentration in Software and Hardware
Good Attitude
Desire to achieve goals
An ability to learn quickly
Sound sales skills, a strong focus on organization and strong determination to close deals
Works well with other departments (i.e. Design, Engineering, Production, Accounting)
Works well in a small company environment
Must be able to travel occasionally and can sometimes travel on a few weeks notice
“A-Type” personality and Hard Close is NOT what we’re looking for.

Compensation of the Software Sales Executive
Base Salary $50,000-55,000 OTE 80k/90k with generous commission on sales
