Job Description

If you are a Recruiter with experience, please read on! we are currently seeking a (On Premise Recruiter) who would be responsible for recruiting candidates within the Los Angeles Market (Los Angeles County) and surrounding communities. The Recruiter is responsible for the entire hiring process starting with placing ads, to screening candidates, interviewing, job offer and onboarding the new candidates. 

Responsibilities and Duties

Identifies potential sources for recruiting, i.e. online job portals, government agencies, colleges and universities. 
Identifying current and future needs, develop recruiting strategies to have a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company’s hiring needs at all time. 
Collaborating with operations team to compile a consistent list of job requirements. 
Conducting interviews and sorting through applications to fill open positions. 
Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. 
Compiling paperwork for all new hires.  
Creating and updating job descriptions to ensure that they reflect the needs of the company. 
Oversee new employee onboarding process. 
Implementing strategies to develop and retain employees. 
Documenting and reporting on employees’ performance. 
Review existing hiring and interviewing practices and make recommendations to improve efficiency. 
Assist with hiring events or activities on a ‘as needed’ basis by holding hiring events.


BA or BS in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
3-5 years or related experience in a high volume, high turnover environment. 
Proven experience of meeting high volume needs and executing strategies and plans to achieve objectives. 
Must be goal-oriented and be able to be successful in unfamiliar environments. 
Must poses a valid Driver’s license and at least 3 years of driving experience, a clean driving record. 
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with individuals on all levels of the organization. 
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Must have a good understanding of recruiting technologies to create reports.
