Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified candidate for one of the leading Security & Janitorial firms in the industry. This is a great position for an individual who is looking for stable Full-Time work with opportunities to learn new skill sets and grow within the company. Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision. Customer Service and Operations Support Representative is the first point of contact at our company, and you are expected to answer all incoming calls with the utmost professionalism. You must practice effective listening and gather all the necessary information to ensure we are responding to each call or request timely, professionally, and efficiently. This is a good job for which military-experienced candidates, or those who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more. We will also provide on the job and hands-on training.

Responsibilities for Customer Service / Operations Support Representative

  • Assist company with work orders, forward the work order to the appropriate branch office for completion, and follow up to ensure work order was received (training will be provided)
  • Record customer and employee information within our database (Winteam, Goldmine, Silvertrac, Document Locator) (training will be provided)
  • Engage with clients and employees in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns and requests - (training will be provided)
  • Accurately and efficiently enter information in to several databases
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, direct the caller to the appropriate person, accurately take a message and email the message to the correct recipient - (training will be provided)
  • Intake Worker's Compensation (employee) Injury Reports using the 5020 claim form and submit the report to the Risk Department and corresponding contacts (training will be provided)
  • Coordinate Uber/Lyft rides for our Guard company employees, and complete slip for invoicing (training will be provided)
  • Intake and log employee call-offs for the Guard company, log the call off on the appropriate databases and send the call-off information to the Management team (training will be provided)
  • Ability to assist with general office duties, and administrative tasks
  • Ability to adjust to change and new processes with minimal advance notice

  • Able to work Graveyard 12:00 am to 8:00 am
  • Must be available to work holidays. We’re open 24-7, 365 days a year
