Position: District Sales Manager

Seeking a successful Sales Manager who has experience managing a team of Outside Sales Representatives, who target small to medium size businesses.

Comp:  $80,000-$90,000 base salary +$46k bonus (uncapped, can go higher depending on performance).

Laptop, cell phone allowance,  expense account (for lunches, tolls, etc) car allowance, and mileage reimbursement and all below.

Requirements The candidates should possess the following skills:

Proven success in managing a team that focused on the Small-Mid Size Business sector.

  • Ensure effective HR Review, succession planning, and development of the sales leadership pipeline for the district.
  • Ensure consistent quality in selection, assimilation, on-boarding, and training of Territory Development Managers within the district.
  • Provide daily/weekly coaching and development of Territory Developments Managers through 1-on-1's, field time and district meetings.
